Event Restroom delivers bathroom accommodations for use at an outdoor wedding, corporate event, product launch, or birthday party. Our luxury restroom trailers are also a fit for other special events from small graduation or anniversary parties and ceremonies to large conventions, outdoor concerts, and festivals.

We want your guests to be comfortable, and this means giving them what they least expect from a temporary restroom at a wedding or event, including an attractive, temperature-controlled environment with privacy features. Guests will appreciate:

We also provide wedding tent rentals for outdoor weddings to guard against the potential for inclement weather. We even rent portable air conditioning and electrical power generators.

We haven’t forgotten you! Our service package will keep you worry-free during the event. Our wedding rental service package includes an on-site attendant to ensure restroom cleanliness, restock paper products and soap, provide assistance to guests entering and exiting units, and maintain security of the unit.

Delivery and Service

Equipment reservations for special event restroom trailers and portable toilet rentals are accepted up to 24 hours before the event; however, we recommend you contact us one to two weeks before. Event Restroom will deliver sanitized equipment 4 hours before the event and pick it up the next day. There is a flat daily rate for restroom trailer rentals. For multi-day events, restroom trailers are pumped every 24 hours.
